The wedding will be held at Villa Giulia, a beautiful 19th century villa in the Italian hills. Once a Napoleonic retreat for European nobility, Villa Giulia has evolved through decades of care and restoration into an elegant venue for contemporary celebrations, where historic character meets today’s relaxed luxury.
The closest airport is Ancona, just 40 minutes from the venue, with direct flights available from London Stansted.
Another great option is Bologna Airport, approximately 1 hour 40 minutes away, which offers a wider choice of flights from London Heathrow, London Stansted, London Luton and Manchester Airport.

Transfers
There are a number of ways to travel from the airport to the wedding venue.
Hire a car - If you want to travel independently or if you’re extending your stay in Italy, a hire car would be a great option for you. The venue has secure ample parking on-site.
Train - For those flying into Bologna airport, there’s the option to catch a train from the airport to the nearby town of Fano (5 - 10 minute drive from venue).
Private transfer - If you’d like to get a private transfer let us know, the venue can arrange the transfer on your behalf and we can let you know the cost.
Group transfer - If you’d prefer to share a transfer with others, let us know and we can group together passengers travelling into the same airport to reduce the cost.
